Pella Shows Off Window Blinds Automation System Controlled from a Smartphone

Pella’s high-tech window was part of the launch of a new smart-home system called Nexia Home Intelligence by Schlage, a maker of home security systems.

Pella Corp. presented their smartphone enabled window system at CES, which ended Friday.

Pella will be marketing its SmartSync windows this year at Lowe’s home improvement stores.

This stuff is here now and will be available for sale in 2012.They are going to put us blinds installers out of work. I guess I’ll have to start installing smart windows instead.
